I have front and back scans as two PDFs — will they become one?
Yes. Add both files, put the front page PDF first, then merge. You get a single document with all pages in order — useful for nagarikata, licences, and two-sided certificates.
Is there a file size or count limit?
Up to 20 PDFs per merge, 25.00 MB per file, and 100.00 MB total. Large scanned bundles may take longer on older phones — keep the tab open until download starts.
Password-protected PDF won't merge — what now?
Remove the password first (open in Adobe, Chrome, or your PDF app → print/save as new PDF), then add the unlocked file here.
Merged file too large for an online form?
Try merging fewer files at once, or convert heavy scans to JPG first with the PDF to JPG tool, then rebuild if the portal accepts images only.
Does this work offline?
